90 years ago, in 1924, Carl Rüsche started up the paintworks of the same name.
Today, the company is in the fourth generation and is steered by the decisive skills of the chief partners Alexander and Karl Friedrich. They are particularly supported by their father, Karl-Otto Rüsche, who has over 50 years of experience and through co-partner Jörg Plath who has been Purchasing Director in the company for many years.
Together, we will pursue what has distinguished the company for years: Innovative Paint with Tradition.

To trace new product and application trends from
their inception and to transform them into solutions, in line with
market and ecological requirements: this is our understanding of
innovation.
With 15 years experience in the design and production
of surface coating equipment, we are sensitive towards our customers
needs. Based on this awareness, we have created a product and service
portfolio to cover widely the individual demands of each customers site.
Continuous
improvement, redesign and new developments, for example the automatic
recognition of materials, ensure that our customers make best use of
coating compounds.
