From DIN, ANSI and EN 1092-1 - flanges with modified individual dimensions up to the pipe plate, as well as special flanges according to your individual drawing, we produce with the same professionalism and accuracy as series or DIN flanges.

Ultra high vacuum - UHV for short - refers to the pressure range < 10-7 mbar. In order to achieve such low pressures, the gas output of the entire apparatus must be very small. This can only be achieved by using UHV-compatible materials and by heating the entire apparatus at high temperatures for a long time. Our components can be used up to temperatures of 450°C. Our UHV components are manufactured according to ISO 3669 in the standard sizes DN 16 to DN 350.
