DELA standard flanges
DIN flanges according to almost all common standards, especially blind and block flanges, are always available in our warehouse, thus ensuring fast delivery times "just in time".
Due to our modern flange production with CNC drilling, turning and milling machines of the latest generation, we also produce all flanges that are not immediately available in the shortest possible time. We can also manufacture all special flanges and tube plates quickly, precisely and reliably.

DELA special flanges
By machining on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machining centres, we produce almost every flange according to your individual specifications. From DIN, ANSI and EN 1092-1 - flanges with modified individual dimensions up to the pipe plate, as well as special flanges according to your individual drawing, we produce with the same professionalism and accuracy as series or DIN flanges.
Our possibilities are just as varied as the areas of application of our flanges. Whether flanges for tank and plant construction or flanges for power plant construction with the tightest tolerances and highest quality requirements.

Ultra high vacuum - UHV for short - refers to the pressure range < 10-7 mbar. In order to achieve such low pressures, the gas output of the entire apparatus must be very small. This can only be achieved by using UHV-compatible materials and by heating the entire apparatus at high temperatures for a long time. Our components can be used up to temperatures of 450°C. Our UHV components are manufactured according to ISO 3669 in the standard sizes DN 16 to DN 350.
