تأسست في عام 2013، بدأت شركة abmt بنية بيع وتجديد المحولات الكهربائية. في عام 2015، بعد الفوز بعقد لإعادة تدوير المحولات في بياوي، وسعت الشركة عملياتها لاسترداد المواد الأخرى التي تشكل المحولات، مثل الزيت المعدني والنحاس والألومنيوم والمواد الحديدية وغير الحديدية.

في عام 2020 ، بدأت في توسيع هيكل مصنعها ، وفي العام التالي ، ضاعفت أسطولها من الشاحنات. وفي عام 2021، وقعت أول عقد دولي لها. وأخيرا، في عام 2023، وقعت عقدًا مع واحدة من أكبر مرافق الكهرباء في البلاد.
