Jiangsu Huapeng Transformer Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 with an annual production capacity of 200 million kVA.  Kerun Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. is an A-share listed enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and service of transmission and distribution equipment, high and low voltage complete sets, power energy storage tanks, transformers, and new energy series products. Fundada em 2013, a ABMT surgiu com a intenção de vender e reformar transformadores elétricos. Em 2015, após fechar um contrato para reciclagem de transformadores no Piauí, a empresa expandiu suas operações para a recuperação de outros materiais que compõem os transformadores, como óleo mineral, cobre, alumínio, materiais ferrosos e não ferrosos.
Em 2020, começou uma ampliação da estrutura fabril e, no ano seguinte, dobrou a frota de caminhões. Também em 2021 fechou o primeiro contrato internacional. Por fim, em 2023, assinou contrato com uma das maiores concessionárias elétricas do país.
