The ZVA 320 is a fully automatic, NC-controlled Zopfmaschine with strand feeding and powerful hole punch tool.
The particular advantage of this machine is to produce unique Zopfformen in possibility. The flexibility, high performance and the use of inexpensive natural hard drawn wire make the ZVA 320 into a highly efficient Zopfbürsten fully automatic. The strand feeding and the integrated Scheibenlochung enable a fully automated mass production.
The disk transfer takes place automatically at a high speed during production. After the braids, the segments are automatically conveyed out of the machine. A disk can be replaced without stopping production.
The production parameters can be entered manually or can be retrieved from the internal memory as a program. Pictograms
and the free display language provide user-friendly operation. The ZVA 320 has a USB port for backup, manage and transfer program data and enables service checks and remote maintenance.
