يعود تاريخ Göritzhainer Maschinenfabrik إلى أوائل السبعينيات، عندما أسس Karl-Friedrich Machan أعماله الخاصة في مجال تكنولوجيا النقل في أوغسبورغ. وفي عام 1993، انتقلت الشركة إلى لينزيناو.
