سيكلوفوسفاميدالمرشحات عبارة عن فاصل هيدرو سيكلون مصنوع من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ.
ينتج عن تصميمه الفريد تأثير دوامة، والذي يمكن أن يفصل الجزيئات ذات الثقل النوعي أعلى من الماء عن المياه الخام الواردة. هذه المرشحات فعالة للغاية، مع كفاءة إزالة تصل إلى 99 ٪ للمواد الصلبة التي تبلغ قيمها المقاسة 75 ميكرون أو أكثر، وكفاءة إزالة تصل إلى 65 ٪ للجزيئات التي تبلغ 50 ميكرون.
سيكلوفوسفاميدتعمل المرشحات بشكل مستمر ولا تعتمد على أي أجزاء متحركة، مما يجعلها متينة ومريحة للغاية لأنها تتطلب القليل من الصيانة.
وهذه المرشحات مزودة بأغطية يمكن فحصها، ويتسم الغطاء السفلي بأهمية خاصة لأنه يشتمل على خزان لتخزين النفايات يمكن تفريغه باستخدام صمام يدوي ( مرفق ) أو صمام تصريف أوتوماتيكي إذا لزم الأمر.

فيما يلي بعض التطبيقات الشائعة لفواصل hydrocyclone في ترشيح المياه ومعالجتها :

• التعدين وتجهيز المعادن : تستخدم الهيدروكسيكلون لفصل المعادن القيمة عن الشوائب أو المواد غير المرغوب فيها. كما يمكن استخدامها لتصنيف المواد الصلبة حسب حجمها.
• إزالة الرمال والجرف : في عمليات الحفر، يستخدم الهيدروكلون لإزالة جزيئات الرمل والحمأة من مائع الحفر. هذا يمنع تآكل معدات الحفر ويضمن عمليات أكثر سلاسة.
• معالجة المياه العادمة : يمكن استخدام hydrocyclone لإزالة المواد الصلبة والجزيئات من المياه العادمة قبل تصريف المياه العادمة أو معالجتها مرة أخرى. هذا يقلل من عبء المعالجة اللاحقة.
• صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات : يمكن استخدام hydrocyclone في معالجة الأغذية والمشروبات لفصل المواد الصلبة عن السوائل، مثل فصل النشا والبروتين في صناعة البطاطس.
• المعالجة الكيميائية : يمكن استخدامها لفصل جزيئات المحفز الصلب عن المواد المتفاعلة السائلة، وضمان نقاء المنتج وتعزيز استرداد المحفز.
• صناعة اللب والورق : يستخدم hydrocyclone في مصانع اللب لإزالة الرمل واللحاء والملوثات الأخرى من اللب. وأدى ذلك إلى إنتاج منتجات ورقية أنظف وإلى إطالة عمر معدات التجهيز.
• الري : في البيئة الزراعية، يمكن استخدام hydrocyclone لإزالة الرمال والطمي من مياه الري، وضمان وصول المياه النظيفة فقط إلى المحاصيل، ومنع انسداد أنظمة الري.
• نظام برج التبريد : يمكن استخدام هذه الفواصل لتصفية الملوثات في مياه برج التبريد، وبالتالي تحسين كفاءة النظام وعمره.
• الاستزراع المائي : في استزراع الأسماك، يمكن أن تساعد hydrocyclone في إزالة النفايات الحبيبية وضمان حصول الكائنات المائية على مياه نظيفة.
• صناعة الألبان : يمكن لـ hydrocyclone فصل الحليب إلى حليب خالي الدسم وكريمة اعتمادًا على كثافة الحليب.

Filter Type W is a very economical strainer:
Its pressure loss is only 50% in comparison to conventional pot / basket strainers and only 25% in comparison to Y-Filters of same dimension and sieve mesh.
This advantage reduces the cost of pump energy and result in extended reserves until the cleaning cycle. Connectors for the differential pressure are standard from size DN 150 and above (below upon request possible).
The streamlined angle of impact between the flow and the sieve / screen results in a slowly increasing pressure loss, caused by dirt, and at least more than double the operational time before cleaning.
As the cleaning cover is located at the top, the rare cleaning cycle is easily and conveniently carried out. The sieve is a closed basket and simultaneously serves the complete removal of the dirt – hence the remaining medium is already cleaned and can be just drained.
Traditional pot or basket strainers are limited by their horizontal installation in pipelines.
In the past, the option to utilise a strainer also in vertical mounting was only provided by Y-Filters – with its given disadvantages of high flow resistance and inconvenient handling of the cover for removal of the sieve (net weight of the cover, overhead work).
The Filter Type W, however, can be installed in both ways – with its given advantages in regards to minimal pressure losses and low frequency of maintenance.
In addition, equipping the Filter Type W with swivel (horizontal) or swing arm (vertikal) provides the maintenance personnel easier handling of the cover and a crane-independent removal of the sieve – with the dirt for cleaning.

Strainers in pipelines have the following function:
Preventing faults and avoiding damaging of existing plant components;
Cleaning of the flowing medium.
These two primary tasks are valid in all areas of application – regardless whether the media are:

• Hot water (district heating systems)
• Cold water (Cooling Systems, municipal applications)
• Hydrocarbons (pumping of oil, petroleum, LNG/LPG)
• Acids or alkalis (chemical plants).

Generally, these tasks are fulfilled by all commercially available filter types, however with high energy requirement and frequent maintenance intervals. Additional cost for shutdown and cleaning could also be reduced.

The reason for this is the installation of common strainers with respective high flow resistance figures (ζ = 3 ... 7 and higher).
