In the metal laser melting process (also called Laser CUSING®, DMLS,
SLS) we produce mold inserts with conformal cooling and function
prototypes. Our customers come from the automotive, aerospace, medical,
mold and special machine industries.

Since the foundation day in 2010 we have specialized and developed in CNC foam milling.

• 2010 Project implementation of data acquisition of objects for the production of shadowboards.
• 2011 Contract manufacturer of foam inserts and foam constructions.
• 2012 Introduction of laser inscription for logos.
• 2013 Registration of the trademark boardit® at the German Patent and Trademark Office.
• 2013 Design of our board organizers or pen holders with registration for DPMA design protection.
• 2013 Creation of sendable mounting sets for self-design of foam inserts.
