The ELEVENT®Breather Valve protects industrial systems and tanks with minimal low designpressure against excessive pressures and vacuum. The valve prevents the leakageof production gases, polluting material or explosive vapors. At the same time,it protects the system against unwanted air intake.
Its light and compactstainless steel or metal housing can also be used in production systems thatwork with particularly aggressive substances.
The clamp bodyconnections render a modular design with interchangeable components. TheELEVENT® Breather Valve can be built into any system havingdifferent connection variants, e.g. ANSI flanges, “Tri-Clamp®”, pipeconnectors and pipe couplings according to DIN 11851, as well as CF and KFflanges.
The gentle valve liftduring the venting procedure is made possible by the “air cushion” sealingprinciple that prevents valve flutter and thus, fast wear out. The clear-cut modular design of theindividual components also makes maintenance fast and easy.
