Hebei Ritai Original Pipe Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001, with its pipe production base located in Hebei, China. Currently, it is one of the top three largest PE-Xa pipe manufacturers in China, owning 100 PEXa production lines and 5 PE-Xa oxygen barrier external coating lines. The annual production capacity of PE-Xa pipe is 40 million meters.
We use pure imported PE-Xa raw materials from LG and Lotte of South Korea, as well as oxygen barrier raw materials from Japan and Taiwan, to ensure the stability of product quality.
At the same time, we have set up PPSU, copper pipe fittings and copper valve fittings processing bases in Zhejiang, China, to build PE-Xa system products. Among them, PPSU uses Solvay raw materials from the United States, and copper pipe fittings use CW617N, to ensure the safety and reliability of products.
In China, we have participated in many large-scale projects, including government projects such as Beijing Workers' Stadium, Jinan Airport, Xi'an Airport, and real estate projects across the country. We have cooperated with well-known Chinese development companies.
Our Company has an advanced and perfect quality control system. It has been passed the certification of ISO 9001 (international quality management system) and ISO 14001(environment management system), and OHSAS18001(healthy management system). All the products should be passed the three-level inspection: raw material inspection, production online inspection, and finished products inspection. Products have been tested and approved by the National Laboratory.
