We produce and sell worldwide drill grinding machines and tool grinding machines for the metalworking and woodworking industry. As well as various customized multi-spindle drill heads for the metalworking and woodworking industries.
Our machines are worldwide, for over 40 years=the measure of all things when it comes to conventionally perfectly ground drills! The machines are completely manufactured in Thun/Gwatt (Canton Bern)=100% Swiss Made.

About us

This industrial enterprise manufactures large spindles and stems, series-produced spindles and stems, turned parts and milled parts for actuator technology, vavles technology and machine construction to meet the customer's specifications.
We specialise in the production of trapezoidal threaded spindles and nuts.
PRODUCTS:
• spindles and nuts with trapezoidal thread
• large spindles and stems, thread whirling up to 130 mm diameter and 6000 mm length
• spindles and stems in series production, thread rolled up to 36 mm diameter and 3300 mm length
• hollow stems (spindles), up to 1000 mm length
• complex turned and milled parts, up to 65 mm diameter, produced from bars
• turned parts in small series up to 400 mm diameter
• surface treatment by grinding, polishing, finishing, chromium coating etc.
Production techniques:
THREADS: rolling, whirling, turning, cutting, chasing;
TURNING: on multi-axis CNC machines and conventionally;
MILLING: on four-axis CNC machining centres and conventionally;
