Founded by August Beul in 1895, the company is still owner-managed in its fourth generation and serves the markets of its four product lines Building Technology, Joining Technology, Water Treatment and FlexGuss Cast Components from its location in Attendorn in the southern Sauerland region. The materials brass, gunmetal and stainless steel are processed into high-quality products: from standards to individual high-tech special components.

The Armatura Group is Poland’s leading manufacturer in the sanitary fittings and heating industry. The member companies specialize in the manufacture of bathroom and kitchen faucets, aluminium radiators and a wide range of valves and ceramic sanitary ware.
Armatura Kraków S.A., the parent undertaking of the Armatura Group, has implemented a uniform policy whereby it provides all its subsidiaries with accounting, logistics, procurement, administration, legal and HR services.
Since 2007, Armatura Kraków S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The President and the current owner of the company creates a private enterprise offering services in manufacturing of steel constructions
1980
The beginning of a business cooperation with Zakady Aparatury Technicznej (Technical Apparatus Plant) LUMEL in Zielona Góra. Production of measuring apparatus packings.
1983
Entering into cooperative relations with FSO in Warsaw, POLMO Branch in Kożuchów for delivering of oil measuring device packing for Polonez as well as other personal cars.
1985
Developing cooperation with LUMEL in machining of metal silumin casts.
1992
Entering into cooperative relations with branches of ZWR ( Copper Beneficiation Plant) in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for deliveries of metal and rubber parts for machines and other instruments.
1998
Starting cooperation with end users, buyers and receivers of rubber mills linings.
