Die CEMA-MYSTAL nahm ihre Produktion 2010 auf Basis des berühmten Hüttenwerks in Myszków auf. Die Geschichte der Gießerei reicht bis ins Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts zurück, als 1882 die erste Gießerei in Myszków errichtet wurde.

Unsere technologischen Möglichkeiten ermöglichen uns eine umfassende Auftragserfüllung in jeder Phase des Produktionsprozesses: von der Vorbereitung der Technologie über die Herstellung eines Modells und einer Form, das Gießen des Gussstücks und seine weitere Wärme- und mechanische Behandlung bis hin zur Endprüfung.

Wir verfügen über einen der größten Lichtbogenöfen Polens, einen modernen Induktionsofen, computergesteuerte Wärmebehandlungsöfen, Strahlanlagen, Misch- und Füllanlagen sowie ein voll ausgestattetes Labor. Dank der getätigten Investitionen zählt unser Technologiepark zu den modernsten in Polen. In Kombination mit einem erfahrenen Team mit Fachwissen und handwerklichem Geschick produzieren wir hochwertige Gussteile.

Wir fertigen Gussteile mit einem Stückgewicht von 50 kg bis 12.000 kg. Wir produzieren Stahlgussteile (Kohlenstoffstahl, legierter Stahl, hitzebeständiger und warmfester Stahl, verschleißfester Stahl, Werkzeugstahl und andere) sowie Gussteile aus Grauguss und legiertem Gusseisen.

Zu unseren Kunden zählen in- und ausländische Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Industriebereichen, wie zum Beispiel Schiffsbau, Eisenbahnindustrie, Maschinenbau, Metallurgische Industrie, Bergbau etc.
