Customized according to the requirements of customer drawings, the raw materials can be various carbon steel, die steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other round bars, castings or forged parts. The materials are heat treated and quenched to achieve the mechanical properties required by the drawings, such as hardness HRC20-24, tensile strength MPa ≥, yield strength MPa ≥, impact energy, etc., are processed by lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and then customized into shafts.

Process: raw materials → rough turning → solution heat treatment quenching and tempering → semi-finish turning → stress relief → finish turning → keyway milling → stress relief → grinding → inspection and qualification → finished stainless steel shaft

Accuracy: 0.01-0.02 mm, Runout: 0.02 mm, Finish: 0.8 mm
