• Digital documentation of KSS measured values according to TRGS611
• Digital documentation of consumption (oil, cooling lubricant and water)
• Care and maintenance of the cooling lubricant according to TRGS611
• Additional dosing of the processing machines (KSS and oil)
• Suction / skimming of tramp oils on the emulsion surface
• Execution of concentration corrections for the cooling lubricant
• Identification and monitoring of stocks of excipients
• Change of belt filters and shipment for disposal
• Change and cleaning of filter elements
• Cleaning of magnetic separators

*The range of services is based on current practice, but can be extended individually for each customer.
Laboratory:
We have suitable laboratory equipment to carry out independent laboratory tests for you. However, it is also possible to have laboratory samples analysed in cooperation with the respective product suppliers.
Reporting and analysis meeting:
Depending on the scope of services, a meeting is held once a week / once a month between the respective departments with the following content:

• transparent evaluation of documented process parameters (key figures) -> e.g.: the level of tramp oil content
• Deviation and error analysis
• Investigation of causes and definition of corrective measures

The analysis of statistical evaluations and the resulting measures guarantee a continuous optimization of all processes.
