Events that have affected the present shape of the company:
1989 – Formation of Buszrem - building and installation company,
1992 – Purchase of brickyard in Kruszów near Łódź – beginning of building materials production,
1994 – separation of one of the company’s specialities, multifamily house building,
1994 – beginning of building and refurbishment investments in Łódź
residential building on Rajdowa street (1994-1995),
estate of detached houses on Rąbieńska street (1995-1999),
estate of detached houses on Wdzięczna street (1996-1997).
1995 r. – running in Gralewo manufacture of vibration-pressed concrete products – paving stones,
2002 – starting investments on construction market in Warsaw.
Successively finished new multifamily buildings:
near Skoroszewska street,
Belvedere – Bielany complex – located at the junction of gen. Maczek and Rudnicki streets,
Słoneczne Skorosze development on Tomcio Paluch street – complex of five multi-family buildings.
2004 - forming Repex Sp. z o.o., entity processing plastics materials for export to Europe and Asia,
2005 – foundation of Paving Stones Factory in Olsztyn,
2005 - implementation of integrated quality management system ISO 9001,
2006 – opening of a new production hall in Gralewo with a fully automated Maza process line,
2007 – initiation of the investment in Ursus district in Warsaw – Rakuszanki housing estate building,
2008 – initiation of the investment in Włochy district in Warsaw – build of Kasztanowy Park housing estate,
08.05.2008 – transformation from Limited Liability Company to Stock Company
2009 - launching in Gralewo process line producing paving slabs: Jazz, Rock, POP

Die m&r Manufaktur produziert Giesskeramik für Innen- und Außenarchitektur. Einzigartig ist die Keramikfertigung durch die Dekorationsmöglichkeiten mit keramischen Drucktechniken und der Möglichkeit, Bilder und Effekte auf die Kacheln zu bringen – auf flache und auf dreidimensionale Formen.
Im Bereich Keramikfassade überführen wir die traditionelle Steinzeug-Fassaden aus Klinker, Ziegeln oder Riemchen in die dritte Dimension. Architekten, Planern und Fassadenbauern steht das Unternehmen in allen Entstehungsphasen einer Keramikfassade zur Verfügung: Beim Entwurf der Fassadenkacheln, bei der Ausschreibung der Gebäudehülle sowie als Hersteller der Kacheln für die Keramikfassade.
