1A STAR technische Kunststoffe GmbH is a supplier of technical plastics, also known as industrial plastics. These plastics are offered as semi-finished plastic products, as cut-to-size sheets or as plastic moulded parts (milled plastic, turned plastic or plastic profiles).
More than 15 years of experience in the sales and production of engineering plastics enables us to provide competent advice both to existing users of semi-finished engineering plastics with regard to cost saving potentials and to new customers in other industries in search of new markets or substitution possibilities of previously used materials by industrial plastics to optimize costs or technical properties.
We have set ourselves the goal of offering our customers plastic semi-finished products, plastic blanks and plastic moulded parts made of standard materials such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (in various designs such as PE UHMW, PE HMW, PE HD, special types), polysterol, ABS, polyamide, PVDF, POM, PVC, PMMA (acrylic glass or also "plexiglass"), polycarbonate (PC) at a very good price-performance ratio, but also duroplastics, probably previously unknown laminates and compounds or special materials, which can achieve a higher strength (e.g., a high degree of flexibility) with considerably less material.

Plates, blanks, turned and milled parts, profiles
You wish milled parts according to your drawing ? No problem! We supply milled parts made of the plastics PP, PE, PC, PMMA, ABS, PS and many more. We have the possibilities to mill large parts up to 3.000 x 2.000 mm. Send us your inquiry about your milled parts with a DXF drawing and we will be happy to make you an offer ! An additional highlight is the possibility to mark the milled parts with a laser.
