The history of Dieker & Voss
The company Dieker and Voss is more than a century old. In 1903, it was the carter and coal merchant Anton Dieker who laid the foundation for today's company. After the death of the founder, the company was continued by his sons Alex and Franz. The declining development of the coal trade finally led to the addition of the business branch "building materials and transports" in 1962.
Franz Dieker died in 1971 and the company passed to the next generation: Sons Franz-Josef Dieker and Heinrich Voss took over the management of the company. Due to the continuous upward development, the original location became too small. The company was relocated to the industrial park Gescher-Nord.
On 01.01.2008 Heinrich Voss handed over his business shares to Franz-Josef Dieker.
