If standard screws are no longer sufficient for the required applications, we will provide the appropriate special screws. We can make numerous adjustments to standard parts:

• The shortening of the screw head or the screw length is possible if nothing may protrude when screwing components together.
• If there are special requirements for the screw thread, we can reduce the diameter of the screw according to customer specifications.
• We can take special safety requirements into account by inserting a groove or wire holes for screws - this prevents screws from loosening.

We manufacture special screws with CNC lathes or rotary transfer machines with manual assembly.
For special screws we use numerous materials:

• stainless steels A2 and A4
• steel screws of property classes 3.6 to 12.9 with the required gradations of strength
• Aluminium
• Brass
