The thermal process of soldering is used in many manufacturing processes for metallic force connections. What is often still done by hand can be highly automated and highly energy-efficient using inductive brazing. We support you in making efficient use of all the advantages.

Induction brazing has many strengths in soft brazing up to 450 °C, in brazing from 450-900 °C and in high-temperature brazing above 900 °C: very short heating times increase the cycle times in production, as the process is easily reproducible.

Induction brazing achieves a very high level of precision; the area to be heated is heated precisely at the desired temperature. This results in less corrosion, especially because induction heating can be combined with the use of shielding gas atmospheres for processes that are sensitive to corrosion and oxidation. This means that less reworking or disposal is required at the end.

Temperature efficiency is based on precise monitoring with the pyrometer, which is installed in induction systems to save space.
