The Berndorf Band Group has attained the position of global leader in the production of steel belts and steel belt systems thanks to their 90 years of experience and sales ranging in the area of 100 million euros. Employing a staff of approximately 400 and operating in Asia, Europe, and North and South America, the group consists of the parent company Berndorf Band, seven subsidiaries and two partner companies.
The core of Berndorf Band’s business operations is the manufacture of transport and process belts made from carbon steel, special stainless steel or titanium as well as all belt-related services. Berndorf Band offers it’s customers a global network of sales- and service-organisations.
Regarding research and development, Berndorf Band stands in close co-operation with universities and competence-centres and attaches great importance to employee training.
The export share amounts to over 90 %.

The development of new products is following the market requirements and is often carried out in tight co-operation with manufacturers of machinery.
