The materials are heat treated and quenched to achieve the mechanical properties required by the drawings, such as hardness HRC20-24, tensile strength MPa ≥, yield strength MPa ≥, impact energy, etc., are processed by lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and then customized into shafts.

Process: raw materials → rough turning → solution heat treatment quenching and tempering → semi-finish turning → stress relief → finish turning → keyway milling → stress relief → grinding → inspection and qualification → finished shaft

Accuracy: 0.01-0.02 mm, Runout: 0.02 mm, Finish: 0.4-0.8 mm
