 -  inductively hardened and ground precision hollow shafts in the quality C60 / 100Cr6   from Ø 16mm to Ø 50mm
 -  miniature shafts in V2A (1.4305 = not hardened) with high ground surface quality and tolerances up to h6 from Ø 1mm to Ø 5mm;   additionally also Ø 3mm in hardened in 100Cr6 available

Cf53 (material no.: 1.1213):

• hardened and tempered quenched and tempered steel
• precision ground to tolerance h6
• Available diameters: Ø 5mm to Ø 40mm (Ø 3mm and 4mm as bearing steel 100Cr6 = 1.3505)
• Available lengths: 15mm to 6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: no

Suitability/Application areas: Bolts, gear parts, spindles, shafts with ball bearingsClassical field of application in connection with ball bearings/profile rollers.
Cf53 (material no.: 1.1213 + hard chrome-plated approx. 10my layer thickness):

• hardened and tempered tempered steel
• Precision ground to tolerance h7
• Available diameters: Ø 5mm to Ø 40mm
• Available lengths: 15mm to 6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: given on the shell surface, but not on the front side (cut surfaces)

Suitability/Application: piston rods, fitness equipment industry etc.; if the complete shaft is to be protected against corrosion, we recommend one of the stainless steel 1.4034 and/or 1.4112. Classic application in connection with ball bearings/profile rollers.
X46Cr13 (1.4034) Hardened stainless steel, precision ground to tolerance h6

• Available lengths: 15mm to 6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: ja

Suitability/Application: Corrosion resistant steel : Ball bearings, pump parts, measuring tools, shafts in use with ball bearings/profile rollers in corrosive environments.
X90CrMoV18 (1.4112) Hardened, high-alloy stainless steel, precision ground to tolerance h6

• hardened stainless steel of grade X90CrMoV18 = 1.4112
• Precision ground to tolerance h6
• Available diameters: Ø 5mm to Ø 40mm
• Available lengths: 15mm to 6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: high corrosion and acid resistance (18% chrome content)

Suitability/Application areas: Shaft in use with ball bearings/profile rollers in corrosive and acidic environments. Classical application = food industry + medical technology
C60 (material no.: 1.3505 / 1.0601) as hollow shafts:

• hardened and tempered tempered steel designed as hollow shaft
• Precision ground to tolerance h7
• Available diameters: Ø 16mm to Ø 50mm
• Available lengths: 15mm to 6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: no

Suitability/Application: Classical application in connection with ball bearings/profile rollers with lower weight due to hollow design. Please note that the bore accuracy can deviate by several tenths of a mm, quite in contrast to the precise execution of the shell surface in h7 quality.
Ck45 (material no.: 1.1191 + hard chrome-plated min. 20my layer thickness):

• non-hardened steel
• precision ground to tolerance f7
• Available diameters: Ø 16mm to Ø 40mm
• Available lengths: 15mm to 1.6 meters
• Corrosion resistance: given on the outer surface, but not on the front side (cut surfaces)

Suitability/application areas: piston rods for hydraulic cylinders, bolts, fitness equipment industry etc. - not recommended for use in conjunction with ball bearings due to lack of surface hardening (running-in of the shaft) and tolerance field "f7".
X8CrNiS18-10 (1.4305 / V2a):

• non-hardened stainless steel
• Precision ground to tolerance h6 (round 1mm and 1.6mm only available in h9)
• Available diameters: Ø 1mm to Ø 5mm
• Available lengths: 15mm to 1.6 metres
• Corrosion resistance: yes, also acid-resistant

Suitability/Application: turned parts, bolts, axles, use in corrosive and acidic environments in conjunction with plain bearings; Classical field of application = food industry, medical technology 

Cf53:
bolts, gear parts, spindles, shafts with ball bearings. Classical area of application in connection with ball bearings/profile rollers.
Cf53-hard chrome plated:
