- Two components: A glass fibre-reinforced material plus a soft inner coating result in products that can be used as loadbearing parts, for example. Such parts would be inconceivable without precise planning plus development and test phases.
- Test samples: Before ordering an injection mould, we often produce samples for approval using laser sintering or 3D printing to avoid the need to invest in a mould at this stage. Our machines can produce injection-moulded parts weighing between 5 and 6000 g.

Gear is a common mechanical transmission device, consisting of a number of toothed metal pieces. They transmit power to other mechanical components, such as motors, engines, etc., through rotational motion. The gear ratio can be adjusted by the number of teeth of different sizes. Gear has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, high speed transmission, smooth transmission and so on. It has a wide range of applications in various fields.
The gear is a structure in which the outer peripheral surface of the friction wheel is a pitch surface, allowing them to mesh with each other and fit into the teeth.
The pitch circle is made up of nodes, which are the points where gears mesh with each other. That is the point of work. When the gears actually mesh with each other, the nodes formed are called pitch circles, and when the gears are separate, they are called index circles.
The graduation circle and the pitch circle are often the same, but they are actually different concepts. The module indicates the size of the teeth. The symbol is m. The unit is mm (millimeters). m=diameter of graduation circle d/number of teeth z.
For standard teeth, the tooth height is 2.25 times the module. The distance between the tooth tip circle and the graduation circle is the same as the module.

If the modules are the same, they will definitely mesh with each other. If the modules are different, it will definitely not mesh.
