A safe connection of the sensor technology is essential. Implementation The photoelectric sensors of the OG-wetline series are specially optimized for applications in the food industry such as cheese dairies, breweries or for the meat industry. Customer benefits The stainless steel housing, a plastic lens and a food-safe sealing material qualify the OG-wetline for wet areas of the food industry where aggressive cleaning agents are used. The OG-wetline has fixed ranges. For the variants with background suppression, the user can choose between scanning distances of 100 mm, 200 mm or 300 mm. The integrated fixed stop of the connectors protects the O-ring from being destroyed by overtightening the nut. The assembly and disassembly is carried out without any tools. The asymmetrically acting vibration protection holds the union nut firmly in position and thus guarantees an optimal and permanent seal. High-quality materials specially adapted to the application and intensive monitoring during and after production guarantee the highest quality standard.
