2、 Cold heading process parameters
Molding parameters:
The forging force is 100-1000kN, the servo drive accuracy is ± 0.01mm, and the recommended temperature for warm forging is 580-780 ℃.

Welding process:.
Nitrogen protected brazing/vacuum brazing is suitable for thin-walled parts (such as AL3003/4045), while friction stir welding is suitable for thick walled parts.
