The new fully electronic taping line SDB-A is an innovative further development based on the newly developed taping lines of the company F.U.R. Wickeltechnologie
GmbH.
This line is equipped with flexible, easy to move
supports. By means of the air-cushion principle, the supports adapt to any body contour to be wrapped (6-axis system), and at the same time offer a stable support of the body during the wrapping process.In addition, the taping head is equipped with a pneumatically adjustable head support system, which ensures that the system runs very smoothly even at high speeds.Through the combination of all electronically controlled supports, an exact winding pattern is achieved during the taping process. Through an electronic speed control, the winding speed is infinitely variable and can thus be optimally adapted to the respective working conditions. All
winding parameters (teach-in procedure) are
entered via
a display operator guidance and are
correctable at any time.
A PLC in connection with a plain text display takes
over all control functions. In order to ensure personal safety during the ongoing taping operation of the line, laser protection devices are integrated in the working area of the machine. The number of the
limitations depends on the size of the system or
can also be realized several times on customer request.
Extensive accessories enable the optimal adaptation
to each taping task.
