Description

The demand for high quality switching power supplies has increased dramatically in recent years. For this reason, the production of power transformers, chokes and windings for switch-mode power supplies has also experienced enormous growth. We produce these parts for a wide range of applications. Due to the many years of experience of our employees in this product area, we can offer you a reliable quality product at a reasonable price. We also guarantee to work according to a design specified by you. The use of high-quality insulating and winding materials contributes to the maintenance of the high quality standard.
We manufacture transformers and winding materials for you from all common core designs such as EE, ETD, EC, EP, RM, PM, UI or pot cores. Wire, stranded wire, HF stranded wire with various insulations can be used as winding material. Copper foils in various widths and thicknesses are also used. The transformers can be impregnated in an electrical insulation resin system under vacuum, which results in an enormous improvement in reliability. There is also the possibility to cast the coiled goods in a cup with polyurethane resin;

Inductive Energy Transfer - Manufacturers, Traders & Suppliers

Inductive Energy Transfer
When Michael Faraday and independently Joseph Henry set up an experiment in 1831 to prove inductive energy transmission, it was already known that a magnetic field formed around a current-carrying conductor. Both wanted to prove that the reverse is also true and that a voltage can be induced by a magnet or a changing magnetic field on a current conductor and thus a current flows. For example, a hearing aid works.You succeeded in proving this and as a result, various applications developed that used this natural phenomenon. In industry, these include induction furnaces with which metals are heated, melted, hardened or deformed by inductive energy transfer, for example. In the automotive industry, inductive energy transmission is used to ignite a car. In order for an ignition spark to ignite a gasoline-air mixture, a voltage of about 15 kV is required. This voltage is generated in an ignition coil and transmitted from the ignition distributor to spark plugs, at whose electrodes a spark is then generated. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is also based on inductive energy transmission. In department stores, goods are protected against theft and can thus be identified at the checkout. Timekeeping at sporting events or automated book lending in libraries are further applications of this technology.
