The DL series of the double shaft shredder can process a wide range of solid wastes. Compare to single shaft shredder, this series has a lower speed, higher torque, andhigher efficiency. It's mainly used to process industrial waste. Maintenance is easy and convenient since the maintenance door provides full access to the crushing chamber and bearing housing. With the shredder being screenless, it is often used for primary shredding and its output size depends on the blade thickness.

For most applications the version with diesel engine and wheel axle is used. Due to the stable hook lift base frame, the machine can be easily transported to different locations. With the aid of a wheel loader or forklift truck, the machine can also be repositioned quickly and easily on the working site thanks to the integrated drawbar.

For mobile use, we offer the version with crawler chassis. This allows the machine to be moved to a new installation location independently without the need for any aids. This type is also suitable for use in rough terrain. In addition, the chassis can also be equipped with rubber track shoes to protect the ground. The control is carried out via a 21-channel radio control system.

Diesel-Trailer (DT)
If work frequently has to be carried out at different locations, the trailer version is recommended. With the help of a suitable tractor, transport to the next place of operation can thus be realized very quickly and easily. electric drive (E)
For all situations where special requirements for exhaust and noise emissions apply, we offer a drive by electric unit. It is also possible to divide the shredder into several components in order to be able to comply with constructional specifications.
