Equipped with HEPA/ULPA filter, Each Terminal Filter Housing is 100% leak-inspection and scanning- test qualified to ensure air tightness. Each Terminal Filter Housing has independent dust outlet, efficiency test port and resistance test port.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials.
