Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.
The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.
Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.
Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.
The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.
If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

As a medium-sized company, Zettl provides outstanding, bespoke engineering solutions for machines and systems in mechanical and thermal processing technology. Collaborating with highly skilled and innovative partners for prestigious customers, Zettl has been excelling for sixty years now. In addition to our headquarters in Munich, another branch was opened last year in Berga, central Germany. This new centre of excellence specialises in process technology and the construction of filter dryers, agitated nutsche filters and drum dryers.
Due to our excellent reputation we have attracted the experienced former employees of ‘DVA- Deutsche Vacuumapparate Holland-Merten GmbH’ thereby preserving the expertise of this company which has made a name for itself over the last eighty years.
