Construction of the Pöhl dam in 1958 made it necessary to relocate. Nearby Jocketa was selected deliberately because many of the employees from Pöhl also moved there. The Lehmann family also wanted to remain in the heart of the Vogtland region.
In 1972, the new generation of the family entered the business with Thilo Lehmann. Shortly after that, "VEB Carl Zeiss" took a share in the company as a partner, resulting in partial nationalisation. In 1975, Heinz Lehmann was accused of preferring West Germany companies, and imprisoned for 9 months. Gradually, all the "Lehmanns" were prised out of the company. Only in 1977 was the founder of the company completely rehabilitated.
In the course of the reunification of Germany, Heinz and Thilo Lehmann were then able to reprivatize the company on 16 June 1990.
At the end of the 1990s, Markus and Titus Lehmann joined the company as the 3rd generation of the family to join the metal-processing industry. Markus Lehmann became the head of production in his family's company, Titus Lehmann founded his own company and began to manufacture and sell stainless steel grilles.
Over the course of the years, Titus Lehmann developed his company's portfolio - Lehmann-UMT GmbH - on a continuous basis, first by adding activities in sheet metal processing, followed by filter and conveyor technology products. Additional aspects of the company profile today include engineering, 3-D design and special machine construction.
The change to the Renewable Energies Act (EEG) in 2014 caused Thilo Lehmann's Lehmann Maschinenbau GmbH serious financial problems. Consequently, Titus Lehmann decided to buy the production facility in Jocketa, meaning that environmental technology also supplemented the product range of Lehmann-UMT.
Since the end of 2014, the company has been operated with a streamlined structure and the 80 employees from two plants have grown together into a strong team.

TEKA - We are "The Air Purifiers"
From a two-man business to a global player
It all started with a little grey box. 25 years ago, Jürgen Kemper and Erwin Telöken
developed and built their first extraction unit for dental and laboratory technology.
With a lot of potential - as the rapid growth of the company showed. Within just a few
years, the two-man business developed into a global player. Today, TEKA Absaug-
und Entsorgungstechnologie GmbH, with around 150 employees in Coesfeld and
Weseke, produces extraction units for the automotive, metal and electrical industries.
TEKA filter units provide clean air for employees at the industrial workplace and help
to protect the environment. The portfolio of the full-range supplier ranges from mobile
and stationary units for source extraction to ventilation solutions for hall air filtration
and complex system solutions for the cutting industry.
Dealer loyalty and customer proximity
Individually tailored to the operational situation, suitable for everyday use, easy to
operate - this credo still applies to TEKA solutions today. "The Air Purifiers" have
always kept their feet firmly on the ground despite continuous growth and have
placed great emphasis on close dealer and customer support. TEKA is regarded in
the industry as a problem solver that intensively responds to the needs of trading
partners and end customers. Individual advice and support are still a top priority in
the digital age. An important role is played here by the company's own
communication centre with training rooms and 1,000 m² of exhibition space where
more than 100 training and further education courses take place annually.
Lived innovation spirit
To this day, the company continues to set trends in ventilation technology with its
new developments. Great importance has always been attached to compliance with
legal standards that protect users from harmful welding fumes and grinding dust right
at the workplace. TEKA was one of the first suppliers to be awarded the W3
certifications according to DIN EN ISO 15012-1 given by the Institute for
Occupational Safety and Health for almost all its mobile and stationary extraction
units.
Health protection is on the rise
The modern air pollution control nowadays covers not only the extraction and the
filtration of polluted process air, but also the constant monitoring of the air quality.
Here TEKA has recognized the signs of the times: With its innovation strategy, the
company is a successful pioneer in the field of Industry 4.0, as evidenced, among
other things, by the Airtracker digital room air monitoring system.

- PDF product catalog for Fine Filter Plants.
The filter system is fitted with a pump with a flow rate of 20 litres per minute. The system is designed for emptying and filling applications. The filter unit consists of stainless steel casing (max. pressure: 10 bar) and a free jet centrifuge. The two components can be operated separately or in series (first the filter and then the centrifuge). The filter pore sizes range from 100m to 0.5m. Practical examples The used oil is pumped directly from the engine via the filter into the tank. The filtered oil can either be pumped back into the engine, or - by setting the ball valves accordingly - it can be circulated through the centrifuge once again for further purification. The individual switching options are shown in a table. The mobile filter system is fitted with a safety valve and a differential pressure switch. This automatically shuts down the system when the filter cartridges have reached the end of their service lives.

Vmat FT fine filter volume circulation system
stationary FT FF 1 up to 1,500 kW and FT FF 4 from 1.000 kW
mobile FT FF 1 from 10 kW-1.500 kW
After all, the dirt from the water!
The Vmat fine filter system reliably filters solids from heating water. The filter elements used have different filter properties. While sludge separators always represent a poor compromise between pressure loss and separation efficiency, the Vmat FT can concentrate fully on filtration &.lt;/p>
without pressure loss in the heating system.
The problem is in the heating circuit water:
During filling, oxygen inevitably also enters the system. Corrosion sets in - rust sludge is the result.
This silting up leads to extensive disturbances:
- encrusted energy generators and heat exchangers
- reduced performance
- higher wear and tear on pumps and valves
- higher environmental pollution due to higher energy supply with decreasing performance
- Deposit in the pipeline net-which causes bottlenecks
Only 1mm layer of dirt on the production area means at least 3 % worse heat transfer.
The Vmat FT can be retrofitted without great effort. It works in bypass and is connected in the return flow of the heating system. This ensures uninterrupted operation, e.g. when changing the filter.
The recommended initial filter unit is 15µm, means in the new unpolluted state the largest particle passing the filter element has a max. diameter of 15µm.
Depending on the degree of soiling, a layer of dirt builds up, this causes a refinement of the filtration, so that dirt with grain sizes below 1µm is filtered out. If the filter element is clogged (max. differential pressure of 1.5 bar) the unit switches off. The filter will now be cleaned or replaced.

Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.
The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.
Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.
Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.
The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.
If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.
Due to the many possible uses of stainless steel and our knowledge of the diverse processing options, we are also represented in the field of interior and garden design.
With the help of this and other pages we hope to offer you a complete picture of our delivery programs and the many possibilities in this regard.
