The SHOCK-BLOWER® system reliably removes material caking and keeps bulk materials flowing. The SHOCK-BLOWER® system from AGRICHEMA enables individual solutions for all areas of the bulk solids industry. Bulk material caking has been successfully removed with the SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast system for over 35 years.
SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast units store compressed compressed air (or inert gas) and release it explosively when required. SHOCK-BLOWER® air blast units with hot-dip galvanized air reservoir and valve seat made of stainless steel are designed for a long service life and high operational safety.
Due to the unique valve technology, with pneumatic closing piston in milliseconds, up to 50 % compressed air / energy can be saved.
SHOCK-BLOWER® "N" (normal temperature application)
are used in transfer hoppers and chutes, dust lines, filters, mills, screening machines and more.
SHOCK-BLOWER®"H" (high temperature application)
are used in cyclones and pipelines, preheaters and heat exchangers, clinker chutes, grate cooler inlets, waste incinerators, small combustion plants and many other places.
SHOCK-BLOWER® system "POWERPACK" is preferred when space for the installation and maintenance of several SHOCK-BLOWER® is very limited. The POWERPACK station with 1 compressed air tank and up to 8 external valve units can be set up in easily accessible locations and connected to the blow-out points at a distance of a few metres via appropriate piping. This does not significantly reduce the air blast force at the blow-out points.
