The required airflow is heated from its initial temperature to the desired air temperature, which can reach up to 1202°F. It has been widely applied in various fields such as aerospace, melt-blown non-woven fabrics, films, chemical industries, and research laboratories in universities and colleges. Air heaters must resist the oxidation effects of high-temperature air, so the materials used must be stainless steel. The heating elements of the air heater are stainless steel electric heating tubes. Multiple baffles are installed inside the heater's chamber to extend the residence time of air within the chamber, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. Appropriately increasing the number of heating tubes and the installed power of the air heater can reduce the warm-up time of the production line.
