The height adjustability of a chair by means of gas springs depends directly on the guide length and thus on the dimensions of the standpipe. If the adjustment range is increased, this will almost inevitably result in a longer stand tube and, consequently, a higher lower seating position.
The STABILUS STAB-O-MAT TT overcomes this effect by means of an additional telescopic tube. In spite of the low lowest seat position, stability and excellent guidance characteristics are maintained.
