ACTech produces casting prototypes and small batches for customers from various industries: for the automotive industry and its suppliers, for the aerospace industry and for machine and plant manufacturers. As one of the leading global rapid prototyping companies, we provide all design and production processes under a single roof for the speedy production of complete casting prototypes. From the 3D data set we produce complete castings ready for testing and installation.
State-of-the-art rapid prototyping processes combined with CNC pattern making and CNC machining achieve an extremely fast production of prototypes that, from the very first casting, are comparable to series production. Our expertise benefits customers by reducing development time and lowering costs compared to conventional methods, in turn achieving smooth production launches for their products. Today, more than 1,000 companies worldwide utilize our unique service.

Since 1969 we have been producing castings for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. In our production facilities we have specialized in aluminum sand casting production.
We are constantly expanding our production capacities through ongoing investments and ensure consistently excellent quality in our testing laboratory, including spectral analysis equipment and testing facilities for melting and quality monitoring.
We attach great importance to customer-oriented quality management based on the DIN ISO 9001:2015 system.

About us
Csepel Metall Ltd. is market leader in Hungary and in the area for production of grey (GG) and nodular  (GGG) iron castings for Engineered Business. Our company is located directly in the city of Budapest, in CSEPEL WORKS Industry Area.
Csepel Metall Ltd. is producing iron castings in the weight range starting from about 50 kg to over 10.000 kg by hand moulding technology with a workmanship known and appreciated in the area -  prooved also by two Grand Prix awards by the Hungarian Foundry Association.
We are producing complex castings at competitive price using sand with cold binding resin for moulding for satisfaction of our customers.
Csepel Metall is granting full service for customers starting from (design) and manufacturing of casting patterns, castings, up to heat treatment, machining and final coating.
Our capacity is about 4500 tons/year - depending on the unit weights; more than 90 % of our production will be exported.
