The company now has more than 10 years of engineering professional and technical personnel 36 people, including 8 senior engineers, production workers more than 200 people. The company adopts advanced furan resin sand casting process and coated sand process, specializing in the production of gray cast iron (HT) materials, ductile cast iron (QT) materials
and other products, good at solving a variety of casting defects, such as uneven surface, casting deformation and cracking, there are pores inside, we can perfectly solve these problems. Mainly exported to Europe, America, Japan and other countries.
The factory is located in Ningguo, Anhui Province, the new factory was invested in 2019, covers an area of 26 acres, construction area of 91,000 square meters, production area of about 58,000 square meters, annual output of 40,000 tons. Founded in 2010, Henan Golden Sun Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Yanjin County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, with 200 employees and an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons. In order to meet the diversified and individualized needs of customers from different dimensions and realize one-stop purchasing for customers, the company has also built an organic processing workshop with more than 30 sets of processing and testing equipments, such as vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, gantry machining centers, CNC gantry milling machines, gantry planers, CNC boring machines, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, drilling machines, wire-cutting machines, large-scale three-coordinate measuring machines (1800x3000x1400mm), and so on. The chemical analysis laboratory and physical properties testing laboratory established by the company have direct reading spectrometer, carbon and silicon analyzer, metallurgical microscope (inverted/portable), universal material testing machine, high-frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer, nitrogen and oxygen analyzer, high-temperature analyzer for sand, 3D size laser scanner, low-temperature impact tester, nondestructive testing instrument such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, coloring and so on, and pre-furnace/post-furnace physicochemical analyzer and other equipments.
