From the 3D data set we produce complete castings ready for testing and installation.
State-of-the-art rapid prototyping processes combined with CNC pattern making and CNC machining achieve an extremely fast production of prototypes that, from the very first casting, are comparable to series production. Our expertise benefits customers by reducing development time and lowering costs compared to conventional methods, in turn achieving smooth production launches for their products. Since 1969 we have been producing castings for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. In our production facilities we have specialized in aluminum sand casting production.
We are constantly expanding our production capacities through ongoing investments and ensure consistently excellent quality in our testing laboratory, including spectral analysis equipment and testing facilities for melting and quality monitoring.
We attach great importance to customer-oriented quality management based on the DIN ISO 9001:2015 system.

At the beginning of 1997, Gerhard Bürstlein combined the technical and personnel know-how of two investment casting producers in southwestern Germany. The result is a new manufacturing facility with modern production equipment and a qualified workforce. Bürstlein Guss is an attractive and high-performance alternative on the market.
