We machine your parts with inexpensive manufacturing processes in our own production workshop. These are produced in a fired, hard state from stored semi-finished products. This enables us to achieve a high degree of flexibility and to offer short-term delivery options.
Our manufacturing processes are particularly suitable for prototype construction and individual parts. However, depending on the process, we can also realise small series/series.

Ceramic Insulator engineered to provide exceptional electrical isolation by combining ultra-high electrical resistivity (>1012 Ω·m), minimal dielectric loss (tanδ 15 kV/mm). These components utilize inorganic, non-metallic materials – typically alumina (Al2O3), steatite, or aluminum nitride (AlN) – processed through sintering.

Premium-grade insulating ceramics typically utilize:
Alumina (Al₂O₃): 92-99.5% purity with dielectric strength 10-35 kV/mm
Steatite (MgSiO₃): Low-loss tangent (tanδ 10¹⁴ Ω·cm
