We work with powerful high-pressure systems that are permanently installed on vehicles. The two liquid raw material components are transported directly from the barrel in heated high-pressure hoses up to 100 m long to the spray gun, where they are intensively mixed and sprayed directly onto the substrate. After about 3 seconds, this mixture foams to form a 20-200 mm thick jointless insulation and sealing layer. A minimum of 1 cm per layer is sprayed on, any desired insulation layer thickness can be produced using the overlay method. Overhead spraying is possible for ceilings, silos, concrete walls on mesh for suspended ceilings.

the PUR foam systems used are CFC-free and have been assigned by the building authorities. the system consists of two components, which are processed on site in a specific mixing ratio by means of mobile high-pressure spraying equipment. only the material hose, which is up to 100 m long, is pulled onto the roof. Applied in several layers on the grease-free, dust-free and dry substrate, each layer assumes a sealing function against precipitation water. The PUR in-situ foam system adapts to the respective construction forms and substrates and thus enables a jointless insulation or sealing layer without thermal bridges. The weatherproof UV protection component forms the final touch.
