The history of our company dates back 1972. In those days the main focus of our activities was in the production of thermoplastic injection moulded parts and polyurethane foam elements. Shortly afterwards, we started a pilot plant for the manufacture of constructional elements made of cellular and solid polyurethane elastomers for high stress applications. It turned out to be a very decisive step towards the future and was a significant influence on the company’s strategic development over the coming years.
We continued to extend our activities in the area of PUR manufacturing until 1992 when we clearly positioned the company as P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere GmbH & Co. KG as sole manufacturer of technical components made of solid and foamed polyurethane systems.
Since then, our products have become known as problem solvers for a large number of manufacturing branches – with ever increasing areas of application. Around the world many companies rely on our PUR elastomers and appreciate the comprehensive support and advice of our experts. In other words, we are known as a supplier of complete quality solutions.

Our PUR systems are not manufactured in large scale series – on the contrary, we usually produce small and medium series of up to 100,000 pieces. Blickle is one of the world's leading producers of wheels and castors.
The company's standard range includes through 30,000 products. For special requirements, Blickle develops customised solutions. Today, the company produces more than 15 million wheels, swivel and fixed castors annually. Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. As one of the leading manufacturers and further processors, ISO-TECH has been producing high-quality thermoplastic products for domestic and foreign customers for more than 30 years. After founding the company in 1990 with initially four employees, we quickly established ourselves as a specialist in the technical plastics segment. With the help of a continuous organic growth, we have steadily expanded both the production of semi-finished goods and the range of finished parts. The first milestones were already achieved in 1995, when we were initially certified according to ISO 9001 and the staff had grown to more than 20 employees. Our range of products varies from our own production of semi-finished goods to variously processed finished parts made of standard and engineering plastics or high-performance plastics. In the semi-finished goods segment, we produce plastic sheets in various standard dimensions and thicknesses However, a large part of our semi-finished goods is being processed inside our plants into individual machined parts. In addition to large as well as prototype-series, we offer our clients individually customized products. Both high and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylenes (e.g. PE500, PE1000) as well as polyamides (PA), polyoxymethylenes (POM) and other materials like PVDF or PEEK are being machined in our factories.
