In close collaboration with the customer, solution-oriented process stages are developed and optimally adapted to the customer's individual requirements.
By this process, the HEICO group is able to replace castings and turned parts with cold-formed components despite close tolerances. This offers advantages by optimising material properties through cold working and reducing material usage.

Description

Mera Bellows offers deep-drawn, seamless precision tubes up to a length of max. 450mm. The maximum inside diameter for our products is 70mm. Our techniques allow the production of tubes with one closed end. The tube endings can be designed according to your demands.
Due to sophisticated technologies and our know-how, we can supply very thin-walled tubes starting with 0,064mm. Tolerances at Mera Bellows are very low. The modern large-scale production in Poland, newly built in 2007, complies with the rigorous quality standards of our German group.

Technical data

Mera Bellows manufactures sleeves up to a length of 450 mm from bronze, brass, stainless steel, Ni-Cu alloys and Be-Cu alloys. Mera Bellows does not offer sleeves made of copper or Ni-Cr-Mo alloys;
