We are welding and designing structures in the full range of materials, such as

We are hardening the surface layer of steels with a carbon content >= 0.3%. Electron beam hardening with a surface penetration depth of 0.3 to 1.5 mm. Hardening to some 60 HRC according to material grade. Quenching fluids are not required. For quenching the temperature difference between the surface exposed to electron beam and material behind it is used. Materials like
