The interaction of many individual small and large components describes the concept of system technology. Examples of applications can be found, for example, in materials handling technology. System technology includes various assembly techniques and connection techniques up to a field of engineering.An example of this would be e.g. packaging machines. In the beginning there is the software, without which the complete system would not even run. Small components such as the sensors that "observe" the path of the goods to be packaged, large components such as the gearmotors that move the conveyor belt and of course the final inspection are all part of the system technology.The focus of system technology is the automation of production processes. Only the interaction of different techniques and systems makes the entire process possible.
