The MADO portioning systems comprise multiple possible combinations of stuff mincers and automatic mixer grinders with three portioning devices for portion sizes of 250 to 1.000 g with up to 100 cycles per minute.
With PORTIPACK tray dispenser and tray magazine, the portioning systems can be combined as fully-automatically operable portioning lines.
CO2/N2 gassing can be carried out during production of minced meat by equipping the ULTRA automatic mixer grinders accordingly.
For refinement of meat, separating devices can be integrated
Each application from the central production in the supermarket to the decentral production in the meat factory can be customized to the requirements of the client.

Also you, as a private person, will find everything here that is needed for example for home slaughtering.  
We employ up to 6 people in our workshop in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics and metal construction in order to be able to help you as quickly as possible in case of need.
If you need spare parts for your machines, you will of course also receive these in our workshop.
