CNC punching: Up to 8.000mm length, 1500mm width and 6mm thickness.

High quantities are produced economically on modern, automated systems. Metal sheets up to a dimension of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm can be processed. The maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm.

In many cases, punching is a cost-effective alternative to laser cutting. Working areas of 8,000 mm in length and 1,500 mm in width with material thicknesses of up to 6 mm offer a wide range of design possibilities.
The use of modern punching tools also enables the attachment of pull-throughs, threads, angles and much more.

Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, materials moving and transport tasks, stampings and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

Since the company was founded in 1932, KOHLSCHEIN has been an industrial manufacturer of high-quality solid board & cartons. On our reel-to-sheet machine, we laminate a wide variety of paper and cardboard qualities (from approx. 100 g/sqm) from reel to multi-ply glued papers or stronger cardboard qualities and boards.
All products of the KROMA® family, EKA wood-based board and the STUDIOBOARD® glued chromo board are produced on our reel-to-sheet machine in Viersen. A large roll stock makes us very flexible for special formats and customized material combinations.

Stamping — also called pressing — involves placing flat sheet metal, in either coil or blank form, into a stamping press. In the press, a tool and die surface form the metal into the desired shape. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all stamping techniques used to shape the metal.
Before the material can be formed, stamping professionals must design the tooling via CAD/CAM engineering technology. These designs must be as precise as possible to ensure each punch and bend maintains proper clearance and, therefore, optimal part quality. A single tool 3D model can contain hundreds of parts, so the design process is often quite complex and time-consuming.
Once the tool’s design is established, a manufacturer can use a variety of machining, grinding, wire EDM and other manufacturing services to complete its production.

Processing including cutting, turning, milling, grinding, tapping.Tolerance can be made around 0.005-0.01mm.
