processing was constructed on the ACE's premises. The hall is equipped
with cranes with a capacity of up to 35t and enables quick and
problem-free equipping of the machines. In this way, an optimal and
economical flow of materials is guaranteed. ACE has the most modern CNC
mobile lathes, CNC work centres and drilling and milling machines as
well as one of the most modern CNC deep hole drilling machines for the
processing of tube sheets up to 1,200 mm depth. The consistent use of
CNC technologies enables very high dimensional accuracy to be attained
for all produced parts. Through the networking of the individual
machines on the basis of CAM, ACE is able to produce efficiently and
economically.

Technical data

The in-house specialist workshop for copper work and small parts guarantees international quality standards. This workshop also forms the basis for our high-quality apprentice training.
ACE has maintained the tradition of the in-house coppersmiths until this day and is thereby about to produce small parts, which have been individually adapted to customer requirements, in an uncomplicated way.

Areas of application

The company has its roots in a coppersmith's. ACE would like to continue
to uphold this tradition and operates a special workshop in which,
alongside copper, aluminium, iron and stainless steel are also

Classification on CNC Machining Center
A.Vertical Machining Center
Refers to the machining center with the spindle in a vertical state. Most of its structures are fixed columns, and the workbench is rectangular without indexing and rotating functions. It is suitable for processing discs, sleeves, and plate parts. It generally has three linear motion coordinate axes, and a rotary table that rotates along the horizontal axis can be installed on the worktable to process spiral parts.
B.Horizontal Machining Center
Refers to the machining center with the main shaft in a horizontal state, usually with an automatic indexing rotary table. It generally has 3 to 5 motion coordinates, and it is common to have three linear motion coordinates plus one rotary motion coordinate. After the workpiece is clamped once, the processing of the other four surfaces except the mounting surface and the top surface is completed. It is most suitable for adding box parts.
C.Longmen processing center
It refers to the machining center whose spindle axis is perpendicular to the worktable. Mainly suitable for processing large parts.
