Laser cutting at LASERVORM enables precise processing of a variety of
materials, including plastics, technical textiles, ceramics, glasses,
and metals. This technique is known for its high precision and clean
cutting edges, making it ideal for complex contours and fine cuts.
Laser cutting is a process of high accuracy with great advantages in terms of cutting speed, contour accuracy, low distortion and degree of automation.
The tolerances of your flame-cut parts during laser cutting are thus in the 10th range. Laser cutting is carried out both CNC-supported by high-performance solid-state lasers in the fine cutting area and CNC-supported on multi-axis machining centres with CO2 lasers.
Laser beam cutting allows the production of complex, dimensionally accurate flame-cut parts with narrow kerf, low heat influence and high cutting quality. The CNC-controlled cutting machines enable a flexible and economic production of flame-cut parts as single parts and series.
