Production of heads and bottoms through cold forming process. 100% made in Germany.
Slawinski heads and bottoms are produced in a cold forming process. At our production site in Siegen-Weidenau, we produce heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 5,400 mm and wall thicknesses of 30 mm, through dishing and flanging forming processes.
At our Bad Laasphe factory, heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 3,100 mm and wall thicknesses of 12 mm are shaped using the spinning forming process. All heads and bottoms can be subjected to heat treatment after cold forming in accordance with the production code.
Stamped parts / Bent parts / Stamped-bent parts / Pressed parts
According to drawings, samples or individual specifications, we manufacture stamped parts and formed parts for you including the complete subsequent processing and finishing in the batch size you require. This results in simple washers and mounting brackets through to high-precision shift parts, moulded parts for the automotive industry and mechanical engineering and complex follow-on composite parts. High precision in combination with the latest punching technology is particularly important here.
Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods.
